- Clean the hull while the boat is in the water...
- Easily removes grass, slime & small barnacles...
- Ideal for sailboats and racers...
Until now, to clean the hull of your boat you had to either haul your boat out of the water or put on your swimsuit and grab a brush. Now, Dri-Diver allows you to scrub your hull clean from the dock!
Dri-Diver uses closed-cell foam to press a Scotch-brite scrub pad against the hull, removing aquatic grasses, slime, and even small barnacles. From the dock, you simply push Dri-Diver under your hull and move it up and down. The heavy-duty foam presses the Scotch-brite surface of Dri-Diver against the hull of your boat and your push-pull motion scrubs away the marine growth. Because the foam provides all the scrubbing pressure, cleaning your boat bottom is a breeze!
Dri-Diver is easy to use and works very quickly, so you can clean the hull as often as you like (a 30-foot boat can be scrubbed clean in about 15 minutes). Sailors especially will appreciate the pleasure of sailing with a clean, smooth, fast hull. Dri-Diver is completely harmless to the environment and your boat.
Advantages of Dri-Diver
- Simple and easy to use so you can clean your hull frequently
- Exerts far more pressure than a diver can
- Conforms to the hull, providing constant, uniform scrubbing pressure
- Harmless to the environment, no chemicals required
- Solid, long-lasting construction
- No moving parts which could break
- "The very easiest and most cost-effective way to maintain a racing hull." - L.D. Stephenson, Charlotte, NC, 24' Jeanneau
- "I would recommend Dri-Diver to anyone who owns a sailboat. I've sold at least five Dri-Divers to members of our sailing club and would love to see the other ninety-five members buy one. I'm tired of lending mine out!!!" - J. Coelho, Frisco, TX, 30' Newport
- "I am a racing sailor and insist on perfection, particularly when it comes to having a clean boat bottom. I found that the Dri-Diver did an excellent job on removing the 'slime' on my Microm 33...Frankly, I was impressed!!!" - R.L. Tillman, Executive Directory J-24 Class Association, Satellite Beach, FL
Dri-Diver has a unique, 53"-long angled handle which makes it easy to use. The scrub pad is 3 feet long by 6-inches wide and the overall length is about 9 feet, so you can reach the centerline of boats with up to a 15 foot beam. To scrub your boat, you simply push Dri-Diver down, then pull it back up. The flotation from the foam provides the pressure against the hull, more pressure than a diver can provide.
There are two models available: Skipper and Pro.
Light-duty (white) pad - non-abrasive and good for removing softer marine growth such as algae and slime
Medium-duty (red) pad - a bit rougher than the light-duty pads but still non-abrasive
Heavy-duty (black) pad - abrasive and provides the maximum cleaning power for removing heavy buildup
